Because each individual has specific healing goals, everyone's journey looks different. Your participation and dedication will play a large role in your success. This may also include work you do in between your therapy sessions to help meet your determined goals.

Most definitely NOT. Our work together is different in the way that you can process many parts of your emotional wounds without ever having to speak of them. No trauma is too big or too small to share about and I will hold space for this processing. You can go as detailed or stay as vague as you desire. Your brain is capable of healing without examining each detail and memory. I am here to guide you in that process.

While therapy is never a guarantee, I have spent the last 16 years training on multiple different modalities in treating trauma. These trainings allow us to tailor a specific approach to treating your trauma effectively. Most clients use a combination of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, and EMDR. You’re never locked into ONE approach. Your treatment is personalized to fit your unique needs.
